Image Analysis

The Bioimaging facility provides TLL researchers with the instruments, resources, technical support and expertise necessary for a wide range of experiments. Within the Bioimaging facility, we have 2 dedicated Image Analysis workstations, equipped with a number of powerful image analysis software packages, in addition to the microscope manufacturer's own software.

We offer training and consultation for many different types of image analysis, including 3D rendering, fluorescence quantification, colocalization studies, Deconvolution and many more.
