Here at TLL, a High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster is available for bioinformatics analyses. The cluster is composed of 5 compute nodes with a total of 120 compute cores and 95TB RAID storage space. There are more than 50 bioinformatics tools installed on the cluster, including CLCbio Genomics Workbench and Galaxy, among many others.

If you would like to use the bioinformatics tools and databases in the HPC, you have to first set up a HPC account.
