The ImageJ Macro Programming course took place over 3 days on 4th-6th November 2008. In total 11 people attended the course, ranging from PhD students to PI's. The course taught the basics of macro programming then built towards applications for image processing and analysis. We would like to thank Kota Miura of CMCI at EMBL, Heidelberg for the material and help in preparing the course.
