The TLL ImageJ Course took place over 3 days on 13th-15th July 2009. The basics of digital images and image analysis were lectured upon. This was followed by 2 practical sessions focussing on the use of ImageJ for biological microscopy analysis and image/movie preparation. 44 students and postdocs attended the course. We would like to thank Kota Miura of CMCI at EMBL, Heidelberg for permission to adapt his course material and Adam Cliffe and Rahul Thadani for their help with the teaching.
